Then the package number is a typo or an outright lie. I believe 120 or so decibels is the threshold of pain for the human ear. The loudest rock concert, within a few feet from those gigantic speakers is around 130 db. I don't know where you reside, but if you blew that horn anywhere in the continental United States, I think Bert would hear it in Germany.
